WHAT IS LIVE LOOPING?

Live looping is a Type of performing live electronic music. A hardware box or a computer simulates a loop of time that is repeated around and around again. Where @ each iteration of the loop, an instrument is recorded and entered into the loop. There-by music is created layer after layer right in front of your ears.

If an artist uses "canned" (or pre-made loops), this would be refered to as "livePA".

If an artist plays and records the loops "on the spot" (no pre-made or canned loops), then this is What LIVE LOOPING is all about.

There are purely rhythm loopers....
